Weight work that will focus on lifting within a circuit setting. This HIIT related workout is usually done opposite of Combat Circuit. Examples of exercises are: Kettlebell swings, push ups, goblet squats, etc... You will build muscle and burn fat all in one class.

Barre None is a low-impact workout that is rooted in Ballet and utilizes a barre to assist in stability and support in small range movements. We challenge the body in a unique workout through strengthening and stretching exercises. Participants do not need to have a dance background and the workout is accessible to all fitness levels. We focus on posture and core strength throughout the class and you will leave a Barre None class feeling energized and refreshed!

HighFit is a sweaty BLAST! We take interval training moves (jump squats, burpees, tuck jumps, etc.) and pair it with nostalgic and fun music from all decades and genres that will motivate you to the max. We have a simple and easy-to-follow fitness choreography.
Take it HIGH or take it low! Options are given for all levels of fitness. Come join our energetic, fun, inspiring, and welcoming environment!
Age 9-12
Are you looking for a fun way to help your children build self-respect, discipline, and confidence? The youth boxing class at Badlands Training Centre is a proven option! Our curriculum places a strong emphasis on teaching boxing fundamentals while also establishing important life lessons that will help your child succeed inside and outside of the ring. Our skilled coaches encourage your child to develop in a safe, encouraging environment while also pushing them to attain their greatest potential. With kid boxing at Badlands Training Centre, you can give your child the gift of self-assurance and respect.
YOUTH BOXING SCHEDULE
Age 7-12
Want to learn more about our wall and sport climbing. Join us for an hour of guided wall time. This is an instructor-led supervised hour of climbing. Leading the group will be one of our avid climbers to share their experience and enthusiasm for the sport. During the hour kids will enjoy games, group activities, trust exercises, and fun free time at the end.
Climbers under the age of 13 are required to have an adult or trainer present so this is a great way to have your young climber supervised.
MOUNTAINEERS SCHEDULE
A youth class for ages 7-11. Bring your kids to this class designed to exercise your kids by introducing them to "technique" learned through fun.
This class consists of a structured warm up, followed by drills, repping and 1-on-1 training drills. Members learn the basic structure of punches and kicks along with the basic 4 combinations.
This class is for children ages 4-6 that are active. With a variety of physical activities, kids are learning movement without even knowing it. These young movers have a short attention span this is only a 30-minute class. They will move like bears and bunnies bend squat run and jump and play with others.
If you need to drop off early or need extra time after your workout, this is for you!

At Badlands Training, we provide a stimulating fitness class for youngsters that dynamically and actively blends fun with exercise! By participating in a range of engaging games and activities that are both challenging and enjoyable, we aim to keep kids' minds and bodies engaged.
Want to learn new skills? Develop your technique? Your climbing supervisor will provide for you an appropriate warm-up and stretch, a hands-on lesson that will focus on a skill, and then time on your own to climb putting your new skill to use. All skill levels are welcome, no experience necessary.
All you need to start are clean indoor shoes to climb. Easy peasy!
